The B&B Castellani is super clean and in a perfect location - just 20m off one of the two main pedestrian streets in town. Our hostess - Letizia - was incredibly helpful and even offered to make restaurant reservations for us. The breakfast was delicious - with a variety of continental options to choose from. The AC in the bedroom was a real bonus - especially during the heatwave.
Can just recommend.

Absolutely loved the comfortable apartment stay! The AC in the bedroom was a real bonus, especially during the scorching heatwave. The continental breakfast had plenty of options, including cornflakes and honey, which was a winner. The well-equipped kitchenette was perfect for longer stays. Hosts were charming and easy to communicate with.
One minor quibble was that both rooms shared a single entrance. Guests in the room furthest from the entrance had to pass through the first room, which affected privacy.

The twin/double room at B&B Castellani in Pavia was cozy and comfortable. The tile/marble floor added a touch of elegance, and the electric kettle was a convenient addition for making a quick cup of tea or coffee. The air conditioning was a blessing, keeping the room cool during hot summer days. As a vegetarian/vegan, I appreciated having a fully equipped private bathroom with a bidet.
The only downside for me was the tile/marble floor. Although it looked stunning, it could be a bit chilly underfoot.

Letizia's attention to detail, like providing body wash and high-quality towels and bedding, made us feel pampered.
